Customer Service Representative

This role covers a variety of administrative functions including:

  • Represents Intelligent Logistics, LLC. services in offering unparalleled customer service. Excels at developing positive client relationship in both written and verbal communications. 
  • Focuses on the daily obtainment of the role’s measurable accountabilities/ KPI’s, including, but not limited to ensuring effective client/carrier communications and time to quote.

  • Handles daily Brokerage Specialist key accountabilities, including but not limited to; tracking loads, building loads in Revenova, sending out daily reports, compiling carrier rates, setting up and sending out rate confirmations and BOL’s.

  • Sets up carriers using industry tools to verify background checks, confirm appropriate insurance coverages and obtains packet signature.

  • Prepares reports for on-time carrier performance and provides analysis on overall data trending.

  • Focuses on “Happy Clients” and ensures effective and proactive client communications. Vendor development is a key focus.

  • Handles client/carrier concerns offering effective and innovative solutions. Escalates within team as appropriate.

  • Communicates and performs effectively in an environment with rapid change.

We are looking for an individual who is team oriented, has a positive outlook and attitude, a strong work ethic and is self-driven. We seek those who love to be around other people, are empathetic, have high attention to detail and are customer service oriented. Ideal candidates will be proficient in MS Office products, have good phone etiquette and strong follow-up skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior truckload experience and some college. The selected candidate will need to be available occasionally for weekend work. This is a full-time position.
